Medicare or private health insurance rebates may apply (e.g., clients referred by their GP on a Mental Health Care Plan are eligible to claim a Medicare rebate of $137.05 for up to 10 sessions per year)

Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes cancellation is unavoidable. However, I ask that you provide as much notice as possible when cancelling an appointment. Sessions cancelled (or unattended) without 24-hours notice will incur a full fee. Please note that late cancellation/non-attendance fees are not eligible for Medicare/private health insurance rebates.

Confidentiality & Privacy

The effectiveness of psychological assessment and treatment is based upon clients feeling safe enough to discuss a range of issues and concerns. As such, the information shared in sessions is strictly confidential. Moreover, as a registered Counselling & Clinical Psychologist, I am required to practice in accordance with the professional standards set by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
